for those who have their experience in 3d modeling, what CPU do you use? AMD or Intel? And what frequency is yours?

It used to be AMD because of several specific algorithims in their chips. That has changed and really it doesn’t matter just get the fastest one possible.
As said earlier RAM and a good graphics card are very important.
